Engineered for recovery
01

Support where it actually hurts.

A deep heel cup, sculpted arch, and multi-layer cushion stack — engineered to shift load off the parts of your foot that ache and into the parts built to carry it. Trim the printed guide, drop them into any shoe you already own.

3-zone support
02

Heel cup + arch cradle

The cup keeps your heel's fat pad centred under the bone where it belongs; the contoured arch takes load off the plantar fascia. Two of the biggest sources of stabbing heel and arch pain — eased step by step.

03

Shock-absorbing cushioning

A firm base spreads pressure across the whole footbed; a softer top layer absorbs the impact that would otherwise travel up through heels, knees, and hips. Long days on hard floors feel shorter.

04

Trim to fit any shoe

Printed cut guides let you size them to boots, trainers, flats, or work shoes in under a minute. Vented channels and a sweat-wicking top fabric keep feet cool and dry inside, whatever you're wearing.

How to use

Trim, fit, done.

01

Pull the old insole.

Most shoes come with a factory insole — take it out first so your Recuvv orthotic sits flat against the sole.

02

Trim to size.

Drop the orthotic in fabric-side up and check the fit. If it's long, trim along the cut guide printed on the underside to match your shoe size.

03

Drop in and go.

Slide it back in with the trimmed edge at the toe, make sure it lies flat without bunching, lace up. Replace every six months or at the first signs of wear.

“A game changer.”

These slides have truly been a game changer for me. I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and heel pain, but wearing these even for a few hours a day makes a noticeable difference. Just the right arch support without feeling too stiff.

“Like walking on a cloud.”

The moment I put them on, it felt like I was walking on a cloud. I have pain in my left heel that makes it difficult to walk at times. The Recuvv slides made walking painless and comfortable. Highly recommend.

“My feet are on the mend.”

I've been struggling with my feet for over a year — could hardly walk in the morning, so much pain that training went from every day to nothing. Since having the Recuvv sliders my feet feel so much better and on the mend.

“A great relief for my feet.”

I deal with plantar fasciitis and often experience foot pain, especially after being on my feet for long periods. These slides provide excellent comfort and cushioning, and help relieve pressure in a way that noticeably reduces my pain. Ideal for around the house or after a long day.

Four pains. One insole.

Every feature of a Recuvv orthotic is shaped around a specific pain point. Stabbing heel pain, aching arches, pressure under the ball of your foot, tired legs after long shifts — the support is there the moment your shoes go on, and it stays there all day.

Common questions

Before you slip them on.

Most shoe insoles are flat foam that absorb a bit of sweat and nothing else. Recuvv orthotics reinforce the arch and cradle the heel to take load off the plantar fascia — designed to ease heel and arch pain at the source, not just pad over it.

That's exactly what they're built for. Plantar fasciitis happens when the band of tissue along the underside of your foot becomes overstretched and pulls at the heel bone — which is what causes the stabbing pain with each step, especially the first steps out of bed.

Recuvv orthotics work on both ends of that: the contoured arch supports the band so it stops stretching further, and the shock-absorbing heel cup cushions the exact spot where the pain lives. Combined, they give the tissue a chance to rest between steps instead of carrying your weight on a flat surface. We can't promise a cure, but plantar fasciitis is the single most-mentioned reason people buy them — check the reviews for what real wearers say.

Order your UK shoe size — the orthotic is built for that range, with a printed cut guide on the underside so you can fine-tune. Drop it into your shoe fabric-side up to test; if it's long, trim along the nearest size line until it lies flat without bunching in the toe. See "How to use" above for the full step-by-step.

Most wearers feel the support immediately — especially under the heel. Reviewers commonly report noticeable change in morning plantar fasciitis pain within the first few days of regular wear. If the arch feels pronounced in the first hour, that's the contour doing its job — wear them in short stretches at first and build up.

Casual shoes, trainers, sneakers, work boots, and most flats — anything with a removable factory insole. Trim along the cut guide to fit narrower or wider shoes. Not designed for open sandals or high heels.

Yes — they're designed for full days on your feet. Reviewers wear them through work shifts on concrete, long walks, and standing-desk days. The vented top layer keeps feet cool and dry, even inside boots or trainers.

Wipe with a damp cloth, air dry, avoid direct heat — no tumble dryer, it warps the foam base. Replace every six months, or at the first signs of wear: frayed top layer, loss of cushion spring, or an arch that's lost its shape.
