They provide really good support for my feet after experiencing plantar fasciitis and heel spur pain for the past couple of years. These insoles make such a big difference and allow me to walk pain free again. Highly recommend!

// What it fixes

Support where it actually hurts.

Every part of the insole is shaped around a specific ache — the arch, the heel, the ball of your foot, and the joints above. Drop them into any shoe and the support is there the moment you step in.

Recuvv insoles — heel cup, sculpted arch and printed trim guide
Plantar fasciitis

Sculpted arch support

Contoured arch cradles the mid-foot to take load off the plantar fascia — the band of tissue behind stabbing heel pain.

Heel pain

Deep heel cushion

A deep heel cup with a shock-absorbing base cushions the exact spot where heel pain lives.

Ball-of-foot pain

Forefoot relief

A sculpted forefoot pad cushions the metatarsals so the ball of your foot stops taking the hit on hard floors.

Joint strain

Shock absorption

Multi-layer cushion absorbs impact at the source so it doesn’t travel up through knees, hips, and lower back.

// The cushion stack

Three layers between you and the hard ground.

Most insoles are flat foam. Recuvv builds a structured stack — a firm base that controls load and a soft top that swallows impact — so every step lands softer and your joints take less of the hit.

01
Sweat-wicking top fabric
Cool, dry, friction-free against the foot all day.
02
Soft impact layer
Absorbs the strike before it travels up the leg.
03
Firm support base
Spreads load evenly and holds the arch and heel in place.

// How to use

Trim, fit, done.

No moulding, no heat gun, no break-in period. From box to first step takes about a minute.

01

Pull the old insole

Most shoes come with a thin factory insole — take it out first so your Recuvv orthotic sits flat against the sole.

02

Trim to size

Drop the orthotic in fabric-side up and check the fit. If it’s long, trim along the cut guide printed on the underside to match your shoe size.

03

Drop in and go

Slide it back in with the trimmed edge at the toe, make sure it lies flat without bunching, lace up. Replace every six months or at the first signs of wear.

“I’m on my feet all day at work and by the afternoon my arches and heels were done in. I trimmed a pair straight into my work shoes and now I get through a full shift without the aching — I’ve since put a set in every pair I own.”

// Common questions

Before you slip them on.

Most shoe insoles are flat foam that absorb a bit of sweat and nothing else. Recuvv orthotics reinforce the arch and cradle the heel to take load off the plantar fascia — designed to ease heel and arch pain at the source, not just pad over it.
