“The morning pain is gone — I stopped thinking about my feet entirely.”
Reuben O.Performance Insoles
- Locks the foot in for a stable, powerful base on every step and cut
- Energy-return cushioning that absorbs impact mile after mile
- Arch and heel support that fights fatigue so you last the full session
I put these in my running shoes for a half-marathon block and my feet and knees held up so much better through the long runs. Way more support, way less fatigue at the end. Big difference.
Engineered for how you move.
Every layer is tuned for sport — a stable base, impact protection, and support that lasts the whole session. Drop them into your trainers and feel it from the first stride.
Neutral alignment
A sculpted arch and deep heel cup hold the foot in a neutral position for a stable, controlled base under load.
Shock absorption
Energy-return foam soaks up landing forces through the heel and forefoot to protect your joints.
Less fatigue
Cushioning and support spread the load so your feet and legs stay fresher deep into a session.
Repetitive-strain support
Aligned support and impact control help ease the repetitive load of training on hard surfaces.
Three layers between you and the hard ground.
Most insoles are flat foam. Recuvv builds a structured stack — a firm base for stability and a high-rebound top that returns energy — so every stride lands softer and pushes off stronger.
Trim, fit, done.
No moulding, no heat gun, no break-in period. From box to first step takes about a minute.
Pull the old insole
Most trainers come with a thin factory insole — take it out first so your Recuvv performance insole sits flat.
Trim to size
Drop the orthotic in fabric-side up and check the fit. If it’s long, trim along the cut guide printed on the underside to match your shoe size.
Drop in and go
Slide it back in with the trimmed edge at the toe, make sure it lies flat, and lace up. Replace every 6 months, or sooner with heavy training.
“I started using these for five-a-side and the gym and my feet aren’t wrecked afterwards anymore. Way more support on quick changes of direction, and no aching arches at the end. Won’t train without them now.”

Before you slip them on.
These trim down to fit — pick the size closest to your everyday shoe size, then trim along the printed guide for an exact fit.
