You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processed within 5–10 days of us receiving the parcel. A flat £3.50 restocking fee and the return label cost are deducted from the refund.

No, and on purpose. Recuvv products are everyday recovery tools, not medical devices. They're built around the same principles a physio would recommend — load reduction, arch support, graduated compression — but they're not a substitute for prescribed orthotics or clinical-grade compression therapy.

Recovery Compression Socks use graduated compression: tighter pressure at the ankle that eases up the calf. That pattern actively helps blood circulate back to the heart, which flushes lactic acid, reduces swelling, and speeds up muscle recovery. They're also anatomically knit for a left and right foot, so arch support and heel cup land exactly where they should.

Graduated compression means the pressure is highest at the ankle and gradually decreases as the sock moves up toward the knee. This pressure gradient works with your body's natural venous return, pushing blood and lymph fluid back toward the heart instead of letting them pool in your lower leg.

The practical upshot: less heavy-leg fatigue during long days standing or sitting, less post-workout soreness, less swelling on long flights, and faster recovery between sessions. It's the same mechanism used in sports medicine and post-surgery recovery, translated into something you can pull on every day.

Three main moments: during activity (runs, gym, a long shift) to reduce vibration and support the calf; after activity to speed up recovery and clear lactic acid; and on long flights or sedentary days to prevent heavy legs and swelling. Plenty of wearers also wear them in the evening to ease aching legs.

We'd advise against it. The graduated compression is designed for active use, during the day when you're upright. At night your body doesn't need the external assist, and prolonged compression during sleep isn't necessary. Pull them off before bed and your legs will still feel the benefit in the morning.

The trick: turn the sock inside out down to the heel, so only the foot part is right-side out. Slip your foot in, settle the heel into the cup, then gently roll the leg part up over the ankle and calf. Spread the fabric evenly as you go. The cuff should sit just below the knee — never fold or roll it over, as that cuts off the compression.

Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Do not tumble dry — heat breaks down the elastane and the sock loses its compression. Hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Followed properly, they'll keep their shape and pressure through hundreds of wears.

Recuvv socks provide mild-to-moderate graduated compression, which is safe for general daily wear and post-activity recovery. If you have a diagnosed circulatory condition, DVT history, peripheral neuropathy, or diabetes, please check with your doctor before regular use. Medical-grade compression socks are different to recovery socks, and the right pressure depends on your situation.
