At Recuvv, we're committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy — so you can buy with confidence.
How to start a return.
Before starting a return, please read through the policy above to make sure your order qualifies. Then head to our contact page and send us a note with your order number — we aim to reply within 24 hours.
Return & refund details.
The specifics of what gets returned, when, and how much comes back.
- Return window
- 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Refund amount
- Full product price, minus the return shipping label fee and a £3.50 restocking fee.
- Payment method
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method — card, PayPal, or whatever you used at checkout.
- Condition
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refund processing.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notice, please reach out to support@recuvv.com and we'll chase it down.
We'll notify you of your refund status by email once the return is inspected. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
Exceptions & guidelines.
- Damaged or defective items. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days so we can resolve it — usually with a replacement shipped same-week.
- Condition on return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Incomplete returns. Returns missing parts or pieces may not be eligible for a refund.
- Damage from misuse. Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations may void eligibility for warranty replacements.
International & EU.
Two notes for customers outside mainland UK.
You cover return shipping to the UK.
We recommend using a trackable service — packages lost in transit without tracking cannot be refunded.
14-day cooling-off period.
For items shipped to the EU, you may return products for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-returnable orders.
Orders that have been reshipped, resent, replaced, or partially refunded are not eligible for return — and the original return window will be void. For orders marked as delivered by the carrier, a reshipment fee may apply if a second dispatch is needed.
Shipping damage.
If your package arrives damaged or contents are broken in transit, contact us within 7 days. Send a photograph of the item — our team will arrange a replacement without requiring the damaged goods back.
